All appointments must be canceled 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
Our goal is to provide quality services to all our customers. Therefore, if your plans have changed, you can reschedule anytime!
Please be aware, cancellation must be received 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
The customer is responsible to receive a cancellation notice, with confirmation for the time, and date of cancellation. When canceling beyond ordinary service hours, please leave a detailed message that includes your name, the address registered for the appointment, and the time of the appointment.
In the case of same day appointments, we are more flexible. There is a minimum cancellation time of 4 hours before the appointment time.
If you do not observe these measures to cancel your appointment than the service call fee ($90+ HST) will be charged.
All payments are required within 24 hours of the originally scheduled appointment.
